Ignition is on.
Propulsion system is active.
Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Over Temperature DTCs are not set.
Hybrid Battery Pack State of Charge Low DTCs are not set.
Hybrid Battery Pack State of Charge High DTCs are not set.
Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) Communication DTCs are not set.
