Theory Of Operation

The Thermal System Relay 1 Control circuit provides a switched ground path through the Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) for the following relays:
- Low Temp Active Pump Relay
- High Temp 3-Way Valve Relay
- Low Temp Passive Pump Relay
- High Temp Auxiliary Pump Relay
The Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) controls and monitors the Thermal System Relay 1 Control circuit. if a fault is detected, a DTC is set.
