PCV Valve

REMOVAL 

  1. Remove the engine covers.
  2. Disconnect the quick connect fitting and remove the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose from the PCV valve.

    2 - PCV Hose Quick-Connect Fitting
  3. Using a pair of thin nosed pliers inserted into the approved zone on the PCV valve, rotate and remove the PCV valve.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.
