When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

The 12 volt Battery system voltage is between 11.0 and 115.75 volts.
With the engine running.
Engine coolant temperature is above -7.0°C (19.4°F).
The Wastegate Solenoid commanded on.
Engine speed between 700 and 4000 RPM with the engine under load.
No active Wastegate DTCs (P0245, P0246, P2AB8 or P2AB9).
