When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- Battery voltage above 11.0 volts.
- Engine speed between approximately 600 - 6000 RPM, depending on PCM calibration.
- Engine coolant temperature above 10°C (50°F).
- Engine oil temperature is above between 5°C (41°F) and 10°C (50°F), depending on PCM calibration.
- Camshaft has been driven to lock pin for approximately 3 - 4 seconds or more (to allow enough time to attain lock pin position).
