When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Shifter is in Drive.
Actual gear corresponds to target gear.
Parking brake is off.
Brake pressure is greater than a calibrated value.
Transmission input speed is less than 200 RPM.
Vehicle speed is less than 2 kph (mph)
No failure detected in park pawl solenoid.
Transmission oil temperature is greater than 0° C (32° F).
The transmission is not in mechanical limp-in mode.
Monitoring has not yet carried out in actual driving cycle.
Integrated Electric Oil Pump (IEP) is not active.
No IEP electrical failures are detected.
No parking pawl sensor signal failures are detected.
