This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Shifter is in PARK or NEUTRAL and less three pressure regulators are activated or since the requested position change to PARK or NEUTRAL, the number of activated pressure regulators has been less than three for greater than a calibrated amount of time.
