When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- The transmission oil temperature is greater than a calibrated value when the transmission is in a fixed gear or during a gearshift the engine speed is greater than 50 rpm or the transmission output speed is greater than 2500 rpm with the transmission input speed greater than 0 rpm.
- The transmission is in DRIVE or REVERSE and no errors are detected with the transmission input speed signal and a valid signal is received from either the engine speed or transmission output speed while no clutch slip control functions are active and no ratio monitoring for a single clutch is detected.
