Set Condition

- During the Leak Check Diagnostic, if the ELCM Pressure Sensor reading does not change more than 0.5 kPa within 1.0 second (phase 1.2) when the ELCM Vacuum Pump is commanded on and the Change-Over Valve is still being commanded off, the valve is considered to be stuck open.
