This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the ignition on.
Every time the EGR Valve is in the closed position the zero position voltage is checked to determine if it is within the expected range.
- If the EGR Valve is within the expected range, that voltage value is saved as the new zero position voltage.
