This diagnostic compares an initial A/C Pressure reading with a pressure reading taken after the Electric A/C Compressor (EAC) has increased speed. The A/C Pressure reading should be higher than the initial reading by a calibrated value once the EAC has reached the desired speed. The HCP is internally located in the Power Inverter Module (PIM) and is not serviced separately.
