This diagnostic runs once after each ignition off cycle during the Leak Check Diagnostic when the following conditions are true:

Ignition off time more that 6 hours.
Ambient temperature between approximately 4°C (40°F) and 35°C (95°F).
Battery voltage above 11.0 volts.
Vehicle is not in a refueling event.
- During phase 3.2 of the leak testing, when the FTIV is not energized (closed), and the ELCM Change-Over Valve is opened to check the fresh air side of the system for a leak.
