This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the engine running.
Battery voltage above 10.4 volts.
No ECT Sensor or EGR Temperature Sensor circuit faults active.
Engine coolant temperature is between 70°C (158°F) and 120°C (248°F)
