Battery Pressurized Coolant Bottle: Notes

REMOVAL
- Partially drain the battery cooling system. Refer to: DRAINING .
- Remove the intake air tube. Refer to TUBE, INTAKE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Disconnect the coolant hose.

- Remove the battery pressurized coolant bottle nuts and the battery pressurized coolant bottle.

INSTALLATION
Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.
- Fill the battery cooling system. Refer to: FILLING THE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM .
- Check the battery cooling system for leaks Refer to: HV BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM LEAK TESTING .
