When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Ignition is on.
Thermal System Relay control is active.
System voltage is within a normal range.
Low Temperature Active Pump Temperature is below a calibrated value.
Low Temperature Active Pump current draw is below a calibrated value.
No High Temperature Cabin Valve DTCs set.
