Clean And Re-Grease Sunroof Guide Tracks
NOTE:
Sunroof glass must be free of debris and foreign objects. Regular vehicle maintenance and cleaning procedures must be followed in order to maintain efficient sunroof operation.
- For proper operation, all sunroof parts must be clean.
- Do not use any cleaning agent or chemicals on any parts of the sunroof.
- Open glass fully to expose the guide tracks.
- Wipe clean under the wind deflector.
- Hold down the wind deflector (1).
- Wipe out the channels (1) and remove any accumulated dust and debris.
- Using Mopar Grease P/N 68337909AA with a small brush (1), apply grease (2) to the tracks as shown in illustration.
- Cycle the glass open and close to verify high operating noise no longer exists. Repeat process if necessary.
