This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the engine running.
Vehicle speed above 96 km/h (60 mph).
ECT greater than 70°C (158°F).
Throttle open for a minimum of 120 seconds.
Catalytic Converter temperature greater than 600°C (1112°F).
Downstream O2 Sensor in a rich state.
- During a decel fuel shutoff event, the Downstream Oxygen Sensor should switch from rich to lean within a specific time.
