Diagnostic Test

- ACTIVE DTC NOTE:
Diagnose all CAN communication DTCs before continuing.
- Ignition on, engine not running.
- With a scan tool, view DTCs.
Is the status Active for this DTC?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- Perform the INTERMITTENT DTC diagnostic procedure. Refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
- DDM COMMUNICATION RELATED DTCS IN OTHER MODULES
- With the scan tool, select Network Diagnostics.
Is there more than one module with active DTCs "Logged Against" the DDM at this time?
Yes
- Replace and program the Driver Door Module (DDM) in accordance with the Service Information.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
No
- Replace and program the Body Control Module (BCM) in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to MODULE, BODY CONTROL (BCM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
- With the scan tool, select Network Diagnostics.
