The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the voltage reading from APP Sensor 2 is above 0.12 volts during the ground check.
- The test typically runs a couple of times per second and is the reason why APP2 signal spikes to ground a couple of times per second in normal running.
- Reprogramming the module may not always fix this fault.
