When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

Cold start condition after previous engine off time of more than eight hours.
Battery voltage above 10.0 volts.
Ambient Air temperature above -7°C (19.4°F).
Engine coolant temperature between -7°C (19.4°F) and 50°C (122°F).
Fuel level above 15%.
Engine is at idle.
No Coolant Temperature Sensor, Fuel Injector, Ignition Coil, CKP Sensor, CMP Sensor, Fuel Level Sensor, 5-Volt Supply circuit, PCM Shutdown timer, Battery system voltage or ASD Relay faults present.
