When Monitored And Set Conditions

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- With the ignition on.
- No Battery system voltage or ASD Relay DTCs present.
- The OBD Vent Valve is commanded on.
Set Conditions:
- The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the OBD Vent Valve Control circuit voltage is above a calibrated threshold.
Default Actions:
- The MIL will illuminate.
