Theory Of Operation
The Rear Cabin Comfort Controls (RCCC) is the customer interface control for many vehicle features such as Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Audio, and other various features depending on the vehicle's option configuration. The RCCC receives a direct Battery B(+) from the Power Distribution Center (PDC) and has a body ground. Actuating a function by the use of any RCCC sends signals via CAN IHS to the corresponding modules for which the intended function was actuated.
