Depending upon the vehicle configuration sales code XAC - Parkview Rear Back-Up Camera or XAK - Surround View Camera System, the Rear View Camera Module (RVCM) inputs an image via Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) cable. A vehicle built with XAC - Parkview Rear Back-Up Camera, the RVCM is wired directly to the Radio. A vehicle built with XAK - Surround View Camera System, the RVCM is wired directly to the Central Vision Park Assist Module and then sent to the Radio. When the Rear View Camera request message is true, an image appears on the display.
