When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Ignition on.
- No Wheel Speed Sensor failures are detected.
- No Output Speed Sensor failures are detected.
- No BUS communication failures are detected.
- BUS signals are available.
- Limp-in mode is not active.
- If equipped, Transfer Case is not in the process of shifting.
- Vehicle stability intervention is not active when in Low range while braking.
