When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Ignition on.
Battery voltage is greater than 9.0 volts.
No Controller Area Network (CAN) monitoring Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) set.
No shifter reset requested.
