When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Ignition on.
Engine speed signal is valid.
Engine rpm is greater than a calibrated threshold.
Transfer Case is not in the process of shifting.
Vehicle stability intervention is not active in low range while braking.
