EGR Hose: Notes

REMOVAL

Remove the top and side engine cover.
Remove the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Inlet Tube. Refer to COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Loosen the clamp securing the EGR hose to the EGR valve.

3 - EGR Valve

4 - Engine Cover Mounting Stud

5 - EGR Valve Harness Connector

Loosen the clamp securing EGR hose to the intake manifold and remove the EGR hose.

INSTALLATION

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle.
