When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following condition is met:
Condition One :
- Ignition on.
- The TCM is powered.
Condition Two :
- Ignition on.
- Engine speed is equal to or greater than 600 rpm.
- Transmission input speed is equal to or greater than 600 rpm.
- Transmission output speed is equal to or greater then 100 rpm.
