When Monitored

When in a fixed gear:
- The Shifter position is in DRIVE or REVERSE.
- Not in 7th or 8th gear while in LOW mode.
When a shift event is in progress:
- The Shifter position is in DRIVE or REVERSE.
- A gear shift is requested or a gear engagement is active from NEUTRAL to DRIVE
