P0460-15 - Fuel Level Sensor 1 - Circuit Short To Battery Or Open

Set Conditions: 

• When the ignition is on and the Body Control Module (BCM) detects greater than 1433.0 Ohms on the Fuel Level Sensor 1 Signal circuit for greater than 10 seconds.

Diagnostic Repair: 

• For Body Control Module (BCM) Fuel Level Sensor DTCs, perform the equivalent Fuel Level Sensor DTC diagnostic procedure in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Refer to 2.0L POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM), DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX or 3.6L POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM), DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX or 5.7L POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM), DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX .

NOTE: 

• For BCM DTC P0460-11 or P2065-11 (CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND) - Perform the diagnostic procedure for PCM DTC P0462 or P2067 (CIRCUIT LOW).
• For BCM DTC P0460-15 or P2065-15 (CIRCUIT SHORT TO VOLTAGE OR OPEN) - Perform the diagnostic procedure for PCM DTC P0463 or P2068 (CIRCUIT HIGH).
