Lbs.) in sequence Step 3 - Torque cylinder head bolts 11 through 15 to 20 N.m (15 Ft. Lbs.) in sequence Step 4 - Torque cylinder head bolts 1 through 10 to 61 N.m (45 Ft. Lbs.) in sequence Step 5 - Torque cylinder head bolts 11 through 15 to 20 N.m (15 Ft. 3	Rocker Shaft to Cylinder Head Bolts	Torque Procedure: Step 1 - Snug all bolts to 10 N.m (7 Ft. Lbs.) in sequence Step 2 - Torque bolts to 23 N.m (17 Ft. Lbs.) in sequence Step 3 - Individually loosen bolts 1/2 turn and re-torque to 23 N.m (17 Ft.
