PCV Valve

REMOVAL
The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is mounted in the intake manifold.
- Remove the engine cover.
- If equipped, remove the silencer pad.
1 - PCV Valve - Rotate the PCV valve counterclockwise 30 degrees then pull up and remove the PCV valve from the intake manifold.
1 - PCV Valve 2 - O-Rings 3 - Locating Tabs - Check the condition of the two PCV valve O-rings, replace if necessary and lubricate with clean engine oil.
INSTALLATION
Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle.
