Sunroof Guides Greasing

  1. Clean the RH/LH rear guide channel using a pressure jet (max. pressure 100 bar) and hot water (max. 60 °C) without additives/degreasers.

  2. Dry the RH/LH rear guide channel using compressed air (max. pressure 6 bar).

  3. Mask the molding weatherstrip and RH/LH REAR window (1) with masking tape (2) before applying the grease.

  4. Apply Molikote EM 50 L grease using a suitably small brush into the sliding channel of the RH/LH guide.
  5. Remove the masking tape and remove any residues of grease.
