When Monitored

This diagnostic runs once per driving cycle when the following conditions are met:

Condition 1: 

• Transmission is in Drive or Reverse.
• The required force is distributed.
• The actual gear is the required gear.
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or Reverse gear is engaged and is the actual required gear.
• Gear change is not in progress.
• Transmission is not in Limp In mode.
• No other drive clutch errors present.
• TCM is not commanding the B clutch to close.
• Electronic differential lock is off.
• Throttle position is less than or equal to 0.3992%.
• Brake pressure is greater than a calibrated threshold.
• Output shaft speed is less than 70 RPM.
• The requested clutch torque is less than a calibrated value.
• Delay timer "Survey Active" is greater than 0.1 second.

Condition 2: 

• No other errors detected on drive clutch.
• No Limp In action is requested.
• The transmission temperature is greater than 0.0°C (32.0°F).
• Neutral is not requested.
• Pump pressure is available.
• No engine stall detected.
• Wheelspin direction agrees with the shifter position.
• Delay timer "Survey Active" is greater than 0.1 second.
• Vehicle is launching with the combustion engine.
