Condition 1:

The Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) is illuminated on the second consecutive trip that the diagnostic fails.
Set interface to engine with C0 error (C0 no open).

Condition 2:

The Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) is illuminated on the second consecutive trip that the diagnostic fails.
Remote Start feature, if equipped, will be disabled.
Special shifting modes (Manual Mode, Sport Mode, Tow Mode, ERS) will be disabled.
Storage of driver requests for Reverse and Drive will be disabled.
Integrated Electric Pump (IEP) will be disabled.
Remote Start feature, if equipped, will be disabled.
