This diagnostic runs continuously when the following condition is met:
Condition One:
- The TCM is powered.
Condition Two:
- Engine speed is greater than or equal to 600 RPM.
- Transmission input speed is greater than or equal to 600 RPM.
- Transmission output speed is greater than or equal to 100 RPM.
