- When in a fixed gear:
- The Shifter position is in DRIVE or REVERSE.
- Not in 7th or 8th gear while in transfer case is in LOW range mode.
- When a shift event is in progress or a Neutral to Drive engagement is active:
- The Shifter position is in DRIVE or REVERSE.
