Battery Coolant Heater: Installation

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.

Power up the high voltage system. Refer to: HIGH VOLTAGE POWER UP .
Fill the battery cooling system. Refer to: FILLING THE BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM .
Check the battery cooling system for leaks. Refer to BATTERY COOLING, DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
