This diagnostic runs during either of the following conditions:

Condition one will run when the following conditions are met:
- With the ignition on.
- Engine not running.
Condition two runs during the Evaporative System Leak Check diagnostic when the following conditions are met:
- Ignition off time more that 6 hours.
- Ambient temperature between approximately 4°C (40°F) and 35°C (95°F).
- Battery voltage above 11.0 volts.
- Vehicle is not in a refueling event.
- There are no circuit faults present for the ELCM, FTIV, FTP Sensor, or Purge Solenoid.
  - After the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor warm up and Fuel Tank evaluation has completed in phase 0.
