Set Condition

Motor A OR Motor B is in torque control mode OR the inverters are enabled when other vehicle parameters indicate that torque control mode is not possible when:
- Ignition is not in Run/Crank OR
- Trans Output Torque Command is faulted OR
- Shut down command has been issued OR
- Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) fault at Motor B OR
- Shared memory fault at Motor A
