Rear Output Shaft Seal: Removal

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Mark the rear driveshaft and flanges for reassembly alignment. Remove the rear driveshaft. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1 - Output Flange Nut - Remove the output flange nut.
1 - Output Flange - Remove the output flange from the transfer case with the O-ring seal.
1 - Rear Output Shaft Seal - Using a suitable tool, remove the rear output shaft seal and DISCARD .
