Offset not learned due to any one or more of the following reasons:
- Electric Drive Motor speed is greater than 50 RPM.
- High Voltage (HV) battery voltage is less than 192 volts.
- Difference of the Electric Drive Motor phase to phase current is less than 15 amps.
- Learned value is greater than 25 degrees.
