Enabling Conditions And Possible Causes-Motor Temperature Sensor B

| MONITORING CONDITIONS |
| P0A31-00 DRIVE MOTOR B TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE |
This diagnostic runs continuously when the following condition are met:
- 12 volt supply voltage is within a calibrated range.
- A calibrated time delay has not expired.
- Temperature performance diagnostics have completed once during the current ignition cycle.
- Outside ambient temperature is valid and more than -40°C (-40°F).
- The ignition off time should be more than 480 seconds.
- Drive Motor B temperature signal is valid.

- The raw Drive Motor B temperature signal is valid.
- The raw Drive Motor B temperature signal is within a normal range [110°C to -40°C (230°F to -40°F)].
- The Temperature Sensor Performance DTC is not set.

- Absolute difference in Motor Temperature and average of all valid Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) temperature values is more than a calibrated value.

- The Drive Motor B Temperature Sensor Signal voltage is less than a calibrated value.

- The Drive Motor B Temperature Sensor Signal voltage is more than a calibrated value.
