EGR Valve: Removal

  1. Remove the top and side engine covers.
  2. Remove the air outlet pipe. Refer to 2.0L ENGINE - COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    1 - Hose Clamp
    2 - EGR Bolts
    3 - EGR Valve
    4 - Engine Cover Mounting Stud
    5 - EGR Valve Harness Connector
  3. Remove the EGR cold hose.
  4. Remove the EGR valve.
