Left Catalytic Converter: Removal

- Remove the front belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Saturate the bolts and with Mopar® Rust Inhibitor. Allow 5 minutes for penetration.
1 - Outer Bolts 2 - Inner Bolts 3 - Impact Brace - Remove the impact bracket inner bolts, outer bolts, and the impact bracket.
1 - Catalytic Converter to Exhaust Manifold Bolts 2 - Catalytic Converter - Remove the right catalytic convertor to exhaust manifold bolts and the right catalytic converter.
1 - Left Exhaust Muffler Clamp Nut 2 - Exhaust Isolator Bolt 3 - Right Exhaust Muffler Clamp Nut 4 - Exhaust Isolator Bolt - Loosen the right exhaust muffler clamp nut.
- Remove the exhaust isolator bolts and lower the resonator.
- Disconnect the oxygen sensor wire harness connectors.
1 - Catalytic Converter to Exhaust Manifold Bolts 2 - Catalytic Converter - Remove the left catalytic convertor to exhaust manifold bolts and the left catalytic convertor.
- If necessary, remove the oxygen sensors.
