Catalytic Converter Heat Shield: Removal

  1. Remove the catalytic converter. Refer to:2.0L ENGINE - CONVERTER, CATALYTIC, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    1 - Front Heat Shield
    2 - Front Heat Shield Nuts (Plastic)
    3 - Front Heat Shield Nut (Steel)
  2. Remove the catalytic converter heat shield nuts and the catalytic converter heat shield.
