Dipstick Tube, Engine Oil: Removal

  1. Disengage the retainer (3) from the oil dipstick tube (1).
  2. Remove upper nut (2) and lower nut (4) securing the oil dipstick tube (1) and pull the oil dipstick tube from the oil pan.

  3. Remove and discard the dipstick tube O-ring seal (1).
