Sensor, Turbo Boost Pressure: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the top engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the wire harness connector (1) from the turbo boost pressure sensor (2).

  4. Remove the bolt (1) and remove the turbo boost pressure sensor (2).

  5. Inspect the O-ring (2) on the turbo boost pressure sensor (1).
