Turbocharger Oil Supply Pipe

Install NEW O-ring seals (1) to the turbocharger oil supply pipe.
Install the turbocharger oil supply pipe between the turbocharger and crankcase.

NOTE:
The bolt connecting the turbocharger oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (3) is shorter than the bolt connecting the turbocharger oil supply pipe to the crankcase.
Install the turbocharger oil supply pipe (1) to the turbocharger and tighten the bolt (3) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the nut (2) securing the oil dipstick tube, coolant return pipe and oil supply pipe (1) to the turbocharger and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

NOTE:
The bolt connecting the turbocharger oil supply pipe to the crankcase (2) is longer than the bolt connecting the turbocharger oil supply pipe to the turbocharger.
Install the turbocharger oil supply pipe (1) to the crankcase and tighten the bolt (2) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the turbocharger oil return pipe to the turbocharger. Refer to LINES, TUBES AND HOSES, TURBOCHARGER, OIL AND COOLANT, INSTALLATION .
Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
