Sensor, Charge Air Cooler Temperature: Description

The Low Temperature Radiator (LTR) coolant sensor is located in the coolant port at the intake manifold Charge Air Cooler (CAC). This two wire sensor monitors the coolant temperature and provides a voltage input to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
The PCM acquires the LTR coolant temperature sensor signal and monitors the LTR coolant temperature values during key ON, engine ON, and engine OFF cycles.
